Seminar waiting list
If you join the waiting list for The Five Hour Build at ucreatewithai.com/seminars, we collect what you type into that form: your name and email, and, if you give them, your phone number, organization, role, city and state, mailing address, which editions interest you, which cities you could attend, how many seats, dates that work, the job you would bring, what would make the day worth it, the AI tools you already use, whether you have a written AI policy, and any questions. We also record when you submitted, which page you submitted from, campaign tags in the link you followed, the referring page, and a hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention.
We use this only to run the seminars: to tell you about dates, editions and materials, to shape the day around the work people bring, and to reply to your questions. We keep waiting-list entries for 24 months after the last seminar you asked about, then delete them. To have your entry deleted sooner, email privacy@ucreatewithai.com from the address you signed up with, or reply to any of our seminar emails and say so; we delete every entry for that address within 30 days and confirm by email. Do not put confidential information in the form: no patient records, no client matters, no account data.
