Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the uCreateWithAI platform operated by Connexum Network Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the uCreateWithAI platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may assign you a role (Student, Tutor, Small Business, Organization, Franchise, or Admin) that determines your access level and available features. Roles are assigned at our discretion and may be changed as your relationship with the platform evolves.

3. Course Access and Content

Upon enrollment in a course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your personal or organizational learning purposes. Free-tier access provides limited content. Paid enrollments provide full access to course modules, projects, assessments, and certificates as described at the time of purchase.

Course content may be updated periodically as Claude Code and related technologies evolve. We do not guarantee that specific content will remain unchanged. You retain access to the course for as long as your account is active and in good standing.

Video call sessions included with paid enrollments must be scheduled within 12 months of enrollment. Unused sessions do not carry over and are non-refundable after this period.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 14 days of enrollment or after your first video call (whichever comes first), you may request a full refund. Refund requests should be sent to our support team. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

For small business, organization, and franchise services, payment terms are defined in your individual service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, platform design, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Connexum Network Ltd and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Your Work: You retain full ownership of all code, projects, and materials you create using our platform and tools. We claim no intellectual property rights over your original work. By submitting work for review or grading, you grant us a limited license to view, assess, and provide feedback on your submissions.

Franchise Licensees: Franchise partners receive a license to use course materials and branding as specified in their franchise agreement. This license is non-transferable and subject to the terms of that agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connexum Network Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content or materials
• Submit plagiarized work or misrepresent another person's work as your own
• Use the platform to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform

Violations of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your account at our discretion.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon account closure, your access to course materials and platform features will be revoked.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Certificates issued prior to termination remain valid and verifiable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
